What specific services do you offer to help businesses?
At Silicon Harbor, we offer bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax management, cash flow management, accounts receivable & payable (AR & AP), and job costing, financial planning & analysis (FP&A). If you’d like to learn more, head over to our Services Page!
How much does it cost to work with you?
We generally charge by the hour, with the rate varying a bit by complexity of the situation. We feel like this is the most fair as you only pay for what you need, without being locked into a fixed monthly fee. The first step is for us to take a look at your books as they are now and then we can generally give you a good estimate of cost.
What software do you work with?
For bookkeeping, we work with all versions of Quickbooks Online. We can also support Wave, Xero, Zoho, and Netsuite.
For payroll, we will work with anyone you like. We are official partners with ADP, Paychex, Gusto. We have also worked with Escalon and Rippling.
For accounts receivable, we like to work with Bill360.com.
For accounts payable, we prefer to work with Bill.com, but we are always flexible.
