Getting Started with Our Application

Follow these steps to set up our application and begin using it with your connected business systems.

Purchase a License

Each license corresponds to one connected business entity (for example, one QuickBooks Online company). You can start with a free trial or purchase a monthly or annual license.

To purchase:

  • Go to the Buy Licenses page
  • Enter your email address (you'll use this to log in)
  • Select your license type
  • Choose the number of licenses you need (volume discounts may apply)
  • Complete your purchase
After purchase, your license will be available when you sign in. You will activate it by connecting the application to your business system.

Create Your Account

Create an account using the same email address you used when purchasing your license. If you have more than one application from us, you can use the same account for all of them.

To create your account:

  • Go to the Sign Up page
  • Enter your email address (use the same email from your purchase)
  • Create a password (at least 8 characters)
  • Confirm your password
  • Click Create account

Already have an account? Log in instead.

Sign In and View Your License

After logging in, your purchased license will be waiting for you and ready to activate.

To access your license:

  • Log in with the email used for your purchase and the password you created
  • Your license will be displayed automatically
  • You will be prompted to connect to the appropriate third-party system to activate it

If you purchased multiple licenses, you can manage them all from within the application.

Connect Your Business System

Connect the application to your business system to activate your license and begin using the service.

To connect:

  • Click Connect (for example, Connect QuickBooks Online)
  • You will be redirected to the third-party provider to sign in
  • Select the company or account you want to connect
  • Authorize access
  • You will be redirected back to the application, ready to proceed

Each license is linked to one connected entity. Be sure to select the correct company during setup.
